These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between aek44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "User"). By accessing the aek44.lat website or any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

We may request your national identity card or other documents from you at any time to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to use the aek44 platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Voluntary Participation: You are joining this platform freely and of your own accord.
• Legal Capacity: You have full capacity to enter into a legal agreement.
• Unique Identity: You are not operating under the identity of any other person.

aek44 follows strict verification procedures to protect minors from gaming. Allowing minors to create accounts or participate in gaming is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• If a deposit is not made with the correct details, the amount may not be credited and processing may be delayed.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

New users on aek44 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play games on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after accepting a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is active (unless specifically permitted).
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• VIP Program benefits — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — provide weekly cashback and additional benefits according to each tier.

aek44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion. Advance notice will be given where possible before such changes take effect.

aek44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all users:

• All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness of outcomes.
• Tampering with gaming software or using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• The outcome of each game session is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant session will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The terms and conditions of game providers also apply — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and other providers may each have their own rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aek44:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing the bonus system — strategically meeting bonus conditions and immediately withdrawing.
• Hacking, phishing or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software in any game.
• Colluding or cheating with other users.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Committing fraud against the platform or other users.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are detected, aek44 may suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Available balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

8.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

aek44 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If identity verification is not completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

aek44 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Game sessions interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures of third-party payment systems.
• Loss suffered by a user due to unauthorized third-party access.
• Service unavailability due to technical errors or maintenance breaks.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — this responsibility lies entirely with the user.
